I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Josh! As a first-time apartment renter, Josh made me feel comfortable with the rental process and was very easy to work with. Within a few hours of connecting, I had some online listings to view and had detailed information on the overall process. Josh showed me a number of apartments that hit all of my key criteria- preferred neighborhood, within my budget, walkable to work, etc. I think I would have been happy with any of them but Josh was very helpful in discussing the pros and cons of each space and why it would or wouldn’t be the best fit for me. After only a couple of hours we had found the one and Josh walked me through the application and got approved on the spot, leaving the leasing office with a move-in date. He met me on my move-in day to get the keys and communicated with the leasing agency to make my move as smooth as possible. Josh is very knowledgeable about the city and gave lots of great recommendations, and is overall super personable. I’m very happy with my new apartment and glad that Josh was there to guide me!

I met Josh a few weeks ago when I requested for more information on an apartment I saw on Trulia app. He immediately struck me as someone I would love to work with, because of his warm, easy-going personality. He showed us the apartment and answered ALL the questions we asked him. He even volunteered more information about the property we were interested in. He gave us the application forms and also informed us that there are others who had seen the apartment so it is in high demand. I was not able to finish the application process on time, but when I did, I couldn't bring it to him because I needed to be home helping my children with their remote learning. But guess what? Josh offered to come pick it up. In PERSON! He did not HAVE to do that! But he did. I was truly appreciative of such a gesture, regardless of how small it may seem, it was a big deal for me. A couple of days later, Josh called to tell us we had been approved for the apartment because we were the first of all 7 or so applicants to process their applications with all the information required. If he had not taken it upon himself to come for it, my wife and I would have missed out on such an amazing, lovely apartment. I am sorry this "short" review is so long, but there is never enough words to express gratitude and appreciation for such a great service and professionalism.
