Obed was very quick to reply the first time I inquired about the apartment. He'd email on a daily basis to follow-up on the requirements I need to submit. When the unit I inquired about was already taken, he helped me find one. Thankful that I got to work with him. The unit I got was very convenient from where I work. Obed helped me with finding a rental apartment. Throughout the entire process from the search to getting the keys, Obed was patient, respectful, honest, very responsive, and he turned things around really fast which was instrumental in helping me secure the apt in a fast paced housing environment like NYC.
