Kaori is an incredible broker! Super kind, communicative, and supportive. I highly recommend working with her to navigate the NYC real estate market to find your next home, you will feel all your stress melting away with her on your side. For weeks, I had been trying to find a new apartment, and Kaori communicated with me whenever there was a new listing within my budget, desired location, and even went out of her way to tour a building with me for a listing that wasn't her own. She was very professional, took notes, asked the right questions, and truly acted as an advocate on my behalf between building management supervisors and agents representing apartment owners looking to lease their unit to a tenant. I understand a lot of people may be hesitant to work with a broker, but working with Kaori was excellent because I felt like she truly had my best interests at heart, so don't hesitate to reach out to her when you're apartment hunting!

Kaori did a phenomenal job spending a full day with me and my roommate tour apartments in NYC. Not only did she do a phenomenal job finding the apartments for us to tour, she was completely buttoned up in the application process. Making sure my roommate & I had all documents needed, making sure we understood each step of the process, and getting our application submitted in a timely fashion. We only had to apply for 1 apartment, and got accepted on our first try!!! 10/10 would recommend Kaori.
