BiographyJonathan Julia's passion for real estate was founded during a cold winter working his first job at the concession stands at the Wallman Rink in Central Park. Every night after work Jonathan grew more and more fascinated by the architecture and design of the buildings that towered over him as he walked the path through Central Park that led him to the train station. Shortly after the seasonal job working at Wallman Rink, Jonathan began working for a small contracting company renovating different types of homes all over Manhattan ranging from the majestic townhouses to the glorious penthouses with breathtaking views of Central Park and Madison Avenue.
Born in Times Square but raised in Queens, Jonathan has lived most of his life in the northwestern part of Queens in neighborhoods such as Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, Corona, and Flushing. Due to this, he developed an appreciation for one of the most diverse areas in the United States. Being fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Jonathan finds it effortless to communicate and connect with different individuals. Having lived within the Jackson Heights historic district, he embraced changes and new developments taking places in his neighborhood and took his affinity for homes to the next level as a real estate agent.
Jonathan knows the city very well and loves sharing his admiration for neighborhoods and properties with his clients. He has a strong attention to detail which helps clients see the value and beauty in any property they are looking at. Ultimately, Jonathan wants to bring joy to his clients.
