It's a 2 bed (flex 3 bed) 1.5 bath apartment in Clinton Hill in Brooklyn.The apartment is two floors with the top floor having two bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and a large bath and the bottom floor being a large space that be be a third bedroom with a private half bath or a large living room.
A bit more about the place it's pet friendly and has a private patio plus a shared yard and outdoor lounge. There's also laundry in building, new appliances (microwave, full oven, fridge, and dishwasher) and lots of storage. It's 2 blocks from the train so an easy commute to Manhattan. I've been looking for someone for May 15th or June 1st but can be flexible.
