Utilities are capped at $150/month on top of rent (gas, electric, Netflix, Amazon Videos, internet, hot water). The total rent with utilities comes out to $1600/month. Not included but must pay for a cleaner once a month about $75 (cleaner comes every 2-weeks, roommate pays the other time). Some street noise since room faces street but the windows are double-pain. There is no broker or paperwork fees, just the first-month rent/utilities and the security of rent/utilities.
