There needs to be a rating above "Very Satisfied." Marva will be more than just your realtor, she'll be your friend. I'm just a naïve kid from the suburbs of Minneapolis and had no idea how to find an apartment in a big city (or even live in a big city). In both a professional and personal capacity Marva took care of me; from helping me find an apartment to building a new life in New York City. She advised me on how to use public transportation, find fun things to do in New York City, help me with my move, and even advise on how to return furniture to Amazon. Not hindered by the flu, she called me everyday the week I moved to ensure I was adjusting to both my new apartment and my new home. It will be a true challenge to find a realtor more committed and dedicated than Marva Nixon.
