Alessandra is by far the best Agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She knows EVERYTHING about the city and goes above and beyond to source the perfect home for you!! I’ve been renting in NYC since 2004 and living in Manhattan since 2008. I’m well versed in the apt-hunt process, and extremely particular about what I want/need. I am reasonable, but not the easiest client because I've always had a set budget and won’t settle until I find what I’m looking for. Despite this Alessandra never stopped searching and showing me options!!! I’m currently living in my 6th apartment on the UES which she found for me, and it's PERFECT! She truly is a rare Agent to find and a privilege to work with, Alessandra is professional, loyal, efficient, and best of all she is just as dedicated to finding what you want as you are!

Alessandra was absolutely the best agent I worked with. She is very responsive from the word go. All the apartments I looked at with her were within my budget (which she noted down before we met) and also the units are really beautiful. She is also very punctual, was on time on both the occasions I have scheduled to meet with her to look at the apartments. Not only did she help me look at the apartments, she also helped me right throughout my application process and saved my day on a couple of occasions. The entire process took from looking at the apartments to signing the lease took less than a week. I would highly recommend Highline Residential and Alessandra in particular if anyone is looking to rent an apartment in Manhattan. Lastly, if not for her involvement, I would have ended up on the wrong side of the river (in New Jersey). So, thank you, Alessandra!

Alessandra is the one of the kindest human beings I have ever met... and an even better agent. She made my dream of living in NYC come true in a matter of weeks! Alessandra was such a breath of fresh air! After working with lazy agents who couldn’t be bothered, it was so refreshing to work with an agent with such passion. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the area and positive personality really sets her ahead of any other realtor I have worked with in the past. Most importantly, she even had my children feeling comfortable. They would look forward to seeing her each time we would look at different places! I used Alessandra to find a place closer to where I work, She really knows the area and helped me figure out a great part of the city to live in! She was very much on top of it. Usually when I look for a place I have to send my realtor the places I would like to see. With Alessandra, I didn’t have to do that at all. She would send me options lightning speed and was very thorough with helping me through the process. I would highly recommend.
