Yigal is simply outstanding!!!! He is informative, he takes the time to listen to his clients, and best of all he makes sure that they receive the best. I was not an easy client, as I was not sure what I wanted myself, but Yigal was extremely patient with me, and helped me find my home during the pandemic, which is super hard to begin with, as we are not able to visit each apartment, however he made sure that there were no surprises. What sets Yigal apart is that he doesn't just help you sign a lease and then say "bye," if you have a question about the apartment after, he would go out of his way to help you find the answers, All in all he is a great broker!!! Highly highly recommend him!

Yigal was really helpful in helping me find the right apartment. He was responsive as soon as my husband and I reached out to him and was available to me for any questions or concerns I came up with. I was looking for a 2 year lease with discounted rates with some specific requests, he was honest with me about my options and helped me gauge my expectations accordingly. It was really refreshing to work with an agent who seemed to genuinely want to help me find the best option that I was comfortable with, rather than pushing me to make a quick decision that I wouldn't be happy with later. I was also able to talk to him about our future plans to buy, and again he very willingly answered any questions I had. I never felt that he felt his time was wasted around me and was a great conversationalist, which added to the great service and experience. I highly recommend you choose Yigal as a broker. He helped us find our dream apartment. I found him on street easy and within 2 minutes of meeting him, I knew he was very upfront and honest with us. We didn't quite find the perfect fit on the day of the showings, so after discussing exactly what we wanted and our price range, he came back within a few hours with other options. Yigal went above and beyond and inquired about other possible options in the building we loved, specifically based on our needs. He did not disappoint. He found us exactly what we wanted and more, and in our price range and we couldn't be happier. Yigal even tried bargaining for us after! I just moved to NYC from LA and I Have to say that I never expected the experience of finding a new apartment would be so pleasant! Yigal is probably the nicest, most professional and communicating broker you will ever meet. He listened carefully to my needs and was able to find the place of my dreams in half a day which he organized conveniently for us both. He sent me a few days prior to our tour the list of places we are about to see and it made the whole process so much easier and clearer.
