Lian has been incredibly attentive, thoughtful and friendly throughout my apartment search process in New York City. My roommate and I had a long list of criteria and she made sure to show several perfect options within our budget while remaining on top of all the logistics with apps, floor plans, lease signing, etc. Lian helped us find the perfect place and was exceptionally kind along the way. Lian is literally the best agent to work with. She understood what I wanted from the start and scouted apartments on her own to make my search easier and more efficient. Apartment hunting in NYC is very stressful and she was so calm and easy to work with. Also, unlike other realtors I've worked with in the past, there was no pressure. She just wanted to make sure I found what I wanted and was happy in my new place. I definitely recommend her to anyone searching!
