Melissa is one of best realtors I’ve ever encountered. She is a very personable woman but she also has this influence over you where she makes you feel comfortable around her even if you just met. What made her stand out is how nice she is but aggressive in the best way when it comes to negotiations. She is a killer negotiator who will not take no for an answer. Melissa was a pleasure to work with and we were so lucky to find her.
