ROBERT'S BIOGRAPHY

Choosing a new home is never a decision to be made lightly. Your home is more than just the structure where you reside or provides you shelter. Your home is where you spend so much of your personal time; where countless memories with loved ones are both shared and made. Your home also should function as your sanctuary. A place where you feel at peace, safe, and happy. Trying to find the place that meets these conditions here in New York City can be difficult and at times even intimidating whether you are new to the area or have enjoyed a considerable amount of time here in New York.

Robert is prepared to make this immense decision less daunting and complex. As a born and raised life-long New Yorker, he is very knowledgeable of New York City and the pulse of its various unique neighborhoods and communities. Robert is also an amazing listener, which he attributes as the reason he has enjoyed continued success in helping others to articulate what they envision as their perfect home and ultimately aiding them in finding it. Robert understands that for a residence to become your home, on some level, it must meet both your wants and personal needs for you to enjoy its confines. Robert’s prioritization of these needs of the client during their home search will make this oftentimes stressful experience instead an enjoyable and insightful one.
