SHARON'S BIOGRAPHY
Sharon Royce is a passionate and experienced real estate salesperson with a proven track record of success. She has been helping clients rent, buy and sell homes in the New York City area since 2014, and has a deep understanding of the local market. She called the East Village in Manhattan her home from 2011 to 2020 before moving to Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Along with getting to know a new neighborhood, she has enjoyed the opportunity to expand her real estate expertise into the Brooklyn market.
Sharon is committed to providing her clients with the best possible service and support. She takes the time to understand their clients' needs and goals, and then develops a personalized plan to help them achieve them. Sharon is also a skilled negotiator and advocate, and she will fight tirelessly to get the best possible results for her clients.
Outside of her work, Sharon volunteers for dog rescues in NYC and Brooklyn and has fostered numerous dogs in need. She also serves on the event board for The Urban Resource Institute helping domestic violence survivors and homeless families find homes while being able to keep their animal companions. She specializes in teaching vegetarian/vegan nutrition as a dietitian, and does makeup for weddings/commercial shoots as part of her artistic expression.
