Lynn was AMAZING!! I was relocating from California and very nervous about trying to find a safe apartment in NYC. It was impossible because apartments get rented so quickly. I flew to NYC for 4 days and every apartment I saw online was rented by the time I arrived. I was referred to Lynn through a colleague and she told me Lynn showed her apartments via Facetime and they were EXACTLY what she said. Lynn was so knowledgeable with all the buildings. She asked me what I was looking for, my budget and what was important to me. That was exactly what I got. I rented my unit from California, moved in and I just renewed my lease. I couldn't have been happier. I've since referred her 2 friends and even my younger brother. I just wanted to post this to show Lynn how much she had made my move to NY wonderful and I appreciate everything she did. Kara

Looking for an apartment as a young woman can be extremely daunting, but not with Lynn. Upon my first phone call with Lynn all of my anxieties were put to rest. It is clear that she is well versed in her field, and truly has her clients best interest in mind at all times. She was always willing to talk through any concerns or worries I had regarding different listings, and made sure that me and my dad were comfortable the entire time. I would 10000% recommend Lynn if you are looking for an apartment!

Working with Lynn was the reason i live in my current apartment. It was recently on the market and was in high demand. She made sure that we were the first to go through the approval process and luckily we secured the deal. She cares deeply about her clients and was always on call for any of my questions or concerns late at night or early in the morning. I would refer her to my dearest friends and family. Not your typical NYC realtor.

This was my first apartment rental and i was nervous not knowing anything about the city and being a young girl. Meeting with Lynn changed my fear into excitement because she helped me find an apartment in an area where i felt safe and at home.
