Aarti Mertia is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York with over two decades of diverse experience across the real estate industry. Her professional background includes architecture with a specialization in interior design, construction project management, and real estate development—providing her with a well-rounded and strategic understanding of the built environment.

By integrating her expertise in interiors, construction, and development, Aarti offers clients a comprehensive perspective that extends far beyond the transaction. She guides buyers and sellers in evaluating not only a property’s aesthetic appeal, but also its structural integrity, functionality, and long-term investment potential. Aarti earned her Bachelor of Architecture (Interior Design) from Aayojan School of Architecture in India and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack School of Real Estate.

Originally from India, Aarti has lived and worked in the New York metropolitan area for more than 15 years. She is fluent in English and Hindi. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring New York City’s vibrant dining scene, traveling, watching films and sports, and reading.
