ANDREW'S BIOGRAPHY
Andrew began his real estate career as an undergraduate at the University of Minnesota, where he worked as a development consultant for a neighborhood organization and later for a local nonprofit. In these early roles, he helped community members understand and navigate proposed development projects in their neighborhoods. Throughout his undergraduate and graduate studies, Andrew gained valuable experience at several real estate consulting firms before moving to Chicago to join the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Following his tenure in Chicago, Andrew accepted a position with the New York City Planning Department as a real estate development consultant. There, he collaborated with developers and city agencies on a range of initiatives involving rezoning, new development planning, and construction management. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Urban Studies, as well as a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
For the past twelve years, Andrew has built a successful career as a real estate broker and investor in New York City. His expertise and integrity have made him a trusted resource for homeowners, investors, landlords, and first-time buyers alike.
A retired United States Army Reserve Sergeant who served in Northern Iraq, Andrew brings the discipline, focus, and leadership skills honed during his military service to every aspect of his professional life.
Outside of real estate, Andrew is an avid soccer player, passionate cook, and world traveler, having explored over 70 countries across six continents and lived in both the Middle East and Asia. He recently married his wife, a pediatrician, and together they share their home with Ella, their spirited five-pound Yorkie. The couple owns a condo at The Joinery in Mott Haven, along with several rental townhouses in the neighborhood.
