ANDREW'S BIOGRAPHY
Since 2017, Andrew has been assisting buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords in navigating the dynamic New York real estate market. Born and raised in the Lower East Side, Andrew leverages his deep-rooted knowledge of his hometown and his business acumen to secure the best deals for his clients. He graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing—a combination that has proven to be a powerful tool in his real estate career.
In 2021, Andrew expanded his expertise by obtaining his General Contractor's license and opening a Construction and Renovation company. This venture has enabled him to offer comprehensive services, including helping buyers renovate their apartments post-closing and assisting sellers in renovating their units prior to listing. Andrew’s holistic approach ensures his clients receive support from the initial consultation to closing day and beyond.
