BHARTI'S BIOGRAPHY

Bharti is a lifelong New Yorker whose career spans business, investing, entrepreneurship, and real estate. She brings a thoughtful, strategic perspective to every client relationship, working with buyers, sellers, investors, and renters across New York City. Known for her personalized approach and skilled negotiation, she tailors every transaction to her clients' unique goals while delivering trusted guidance throughout the process.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Bharti began her career in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, advising small-cap publicly traded technology companies in their communications with Wall Street investors. She is also a serial entrepreneur who has founded and managed successful businesses across diverse industries. Her entrepreneurial experience extends to investing, where she actively supports women-led startups as an angel investor and participates in private equity investments.

Bharti's real estate expertise is further strengthened by her own experience as an investor and property owner. She has bought and sold multiple residential properties in Manhattan, Queens, and Long Island, and has navigated New York City's commercial real estate market on behalf of her businesses. As a former board member of the luxury cooperative where she resides, she offers clients valuable insight into the complexities of co-op ownership, governance, and board processes.

A licensed New York real estate salesperson and member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Bharti combines professional market knowledge with firsthand investment experience to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and negotiate exceptional outcomes for her clients.

Outside of her real estate practice, Bharti is deeply committed to expanding access to quality education. She has spent many years advancing systemic education reform in her native India through her service on the Board of the Akanksha Education Fund. She is also an avid collector and investor in art, with a particular passion for Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art.
