BREANN'S BIOGRAPHY

Born and raised in New York, Breann has a great understanding and appreciation for the fast- paced and diverse environment that is NYC. With her mother working as a broker and father owning a construction company, Breann grew up recognizing the beauty and importance of real estate.

With over 3 years of experience working in the real estate industry, Breann has extensive involvement in and knowledge of market research, property acquisitions, development, and property management–specifically assisting Affordable Housing and Senior tenants.


Covering areas including Manhattan, Queens, and extending into Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess County, Breann strives to find the perfect space that suits each of her client’s ideas, wants, and needs. Whether looking to buy, sell, or rent, Breann will bring forward her passion and expertise in real estate along with her detail-oriented and dedicated nature to make her client’s experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. She will work hard to ensure that you have all the information necessary to make an informed decision and will guide you through every step of the process.


Outside of work, Breann enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. You can usually find her dining out in NYC, reading on the beach, and volunteering at her local fire department.
