Damion helped my family find a new apartment. He moved with a sense of urgency as we were a family relocating with little time. He was available 24/7 and super responsive. I felt that he had our best interest at heart and was on our side through the entire process. We are super grateful to have had Damion work with us to find our new home.

I regret having to write such a poor review, as I do not write them often, but I sure hope that no other person has the experience my fiance and I had during a time that should be so exciting. We are just beginning our apartment search since our lease will be up soon. Like many others, we decided to utilize Apartments.com to see what may be available to us. We came across a home that we were interested in receiving more information for. From the moment I was connected with agent, Damian Foster, I felt a sense of hostility from him. While he was attentive in reaching out to us the very same day, he lacked a great deal of professionalism. From the initial call, he seemed uninterested in helping us and abruptly hung up after taking down my personal information. I then chose to follow up via text, since the call ended so abruptly, I thought it had failed. He called me again after receiving my text and proceeded to say "I am not sure what you want to accomplish here, your income does not qualify", rather than inquiring more details on whether or not I would be moving in independently or with someone, he just assumed. Once made clear that it is both my fiance and I searching for a place, he proceeded to create a group chat with us both to begin the process of our search. Many of the messages were hostile and completely out of line. (see extended review on google) Need I say any more? He completely put a damper on our experience of finding a home. I strongly advise anyone who is looking into finding a new place to call home, to stay clear from this man. Truly despicable.
