A graduate of Rutgers Business School with a concentration in Business Administration and Finance, Daniela began her career at the pinnacle of luxury hospitality. She managed the iconic SPAGO by Wolfgang Puck, helped launch ARIA under the mentorship of Sirio Maccioni, and spent seven formative years at the Bellagio. There, she collaborated directly with President Bobby Baldwin on innovative guest-experience initiatives and oversaw MGM’s top 5% of global clientele—those with credit lines exceeding $15 million. Immersion in this elite environment sharpened her discretion, intuition, and ability to provide seamless, anticipatory service at the highest level.
In 2016, Daniela relocated to New York City to close the legendary Le Cirque in the Bloomberg Building for the Maccioni family, later assuming leadership roles with Jean-Georges and The Peninsula Hotel. When the pandemic reshaped the hospitality industry, she transitioned naturally into luxury real estate—a world that aligned with her upbringing, her father’s lifelong work as a builder and restorer, and her innate understanding of how discerning clients live, think, and invest.
Since joining SERHANT., Daniela has closed more than $22 million in sales, building a business defined by precision, persistence, and discreet client advocacy.
