Whether a resale co-op or condo, townhouse, multifamily building, mixed-use building, investment, new development or luxury rental, his goal is to guide his customers through every step of the process, and implement strategic, thoughtful pricing and marketing to get the best results for his clients. “I recognize and appreciate that every client is different and do not have a one size fits all approach.
