Dror’s short stint in finance working in the Investment Banking Division for one of Wall Street’s prestigious banks has given Dror the competitive edge to understand how to underwrite and value an asset and has used this unique experience to assist landlords and owners looking to reap the financial rewards of their most valuable asset.

Dror is an active landlord and investor and is duly licensed in New York and New Jersey.
