Jonathan Nørmølle is a Danish New Yorker and longtime Downtown Manhattan resident. Known for his outgoing personality, work ethic, complete discretion, and 24/7 availability, Jonathan combines outside-the-box thinking and new-school marketing techniques with an old-school, client-focused mindset. His approach is centered on trust and creating a comfortable environment. He loves being a part of his clients' journeys whether they are buying a home for the first time or selling an investment property.
Jonathan has established a thriving and prominent network in the fashion world and several high-end luxury industries. He has worked with global brands, luxury hotels, restaurants, and nightclubs. His fascination with architecture is what inspired him to transition to real estate. Trained by some of the world's top-producing agents, he understands the nuances of the luxury market and high-end client service. He is now one of the most well-known brokers in Manhattan and helped close more than $100M in sales in 2022 alone. Jonathan specializes in luxury homes, new developments, and investors properties, and he works with crypto titans, artists, and celebrities domestically and abroad.
Jonathan resides in the Seaport District and lives by the work hard, play hard mentality. In his spare time, he plays piano—his favorite pieces are "Interstellar" by Hans Zimmer & "Clair de lune" by Claude Debussy—and rides around on his Husqvarna or Triumph Speed Triple. He also likes taking long walks along the river.
