Juan’s passion for service and hospitality began in childhood while working in his father’s restaurant in Chinatown. There, he learned the fundamentals of customer care, business operations, and entrepreneurship. Professionally, Juan brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, leadership, and customer service across multiple industries. His career includes nearly two decades in the retail and wireless sectors, highlighted by a 15-year tenure at Verizon, where he earned five promotions and developed a strong foundation in leadership, analytics, sales strategy, project management, training, and relationship building. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he communicates with ease across diverse communities and prides himself on building trust through clarity, integrity, and genuine care.
