Designed by architects Fairfax and Sammons, the interior captivates. Wood-beamed ceilings, over 11 feet high, complement the reclaimed terracotta floors. Elegant millwork and textured walls add depth, character, and convenience to the home. The kitchen is appointed with a spacious custom-built wood island with bar seating, a porcelain Shaw farmhouse sink with Herbeau faucet, an AGA double oven, a Liebherr refrigerator, and plenty of built-in storage.
