Enter the home through the foyer to the living room. Here, notice the wide-plank Austrian white oak floors, which are laid throughout the home. Floor-to-ceiling western windows flood the room with light, as does the additional southern exposure. The living room has ceilings nearly 11' high and quintessential SoHo views. Between the living room and the kitchen, a dining area easily fits a table for 10. The natural flow through the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room is ideal for entertaining.

The centerpiece of the kitchen is the unique island, made of poured concrete with a slab of black Saint Laurent marble on top. The island can seat four bar stools comfortably.
