- This property requires a condo board application and approval for all reservations greater than 3 months. Guests will cover the $395 board application processing fee. Additionally, the property requires owner approval, and is subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.
- We ask that guests be mindful around all furniture and artwork, as these items are of considerable quality and value.

- Rove requires a Rental Agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
