A custom-designed mantle was built around the original Potoro marble surround of the rare working WBF, along with the addition of a Nero absolute granite hearthstone which is also used throughout the apartment for the window sills. Electrified fireplace sconces replaced candles. The concept of the living room was to provide layered lighting. The recesses, chandelier, and sconces are all LED on separate dimmers and can be used singularly or in tandem.
