NOTICE: This is a no fee apartment available for rent directly to the public. Owner will not charge or collect or pay any brokers fees. Owner does not authorize any broker to relist this apartment for rent. Brokers must present a prior agreement between the broker and any prospective tenant in which the tenant has hired the broker and agreed to pay the brokers fee. Designed by Marvel architects, Plank Road is situated on the southeast corner of Sixth Avenue and Pacific Street, between Pacific and Dean Street in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. It is in close proximity to Barclays Center, with Downtown Brooklyn to the northwest and the tree-lined brownstones of Prospect Heights to the southeast. The building is named after the road that once ran through the property during the mid 1800s. There is an optional amenity fee of $60 per person, per month.
