Such a good location like the best it can get in Brooklyn. The apartment is beautiful and gets amazing light. Plus, you are in the back house so it's extremely quiet. It basically is a two-bedroom apartment but I just use the second room as a closet/desk area. You could totally use it as a two-bedroom apartment if interested. The neighbors are all really cool and young. Also, really quiet. I never run into the other tenants. Packages always arrive with safety as well.
Comes fully furnished with a queen size bed that is basically brand new, a couch, pots, pans, silverware, a desk, chair, and clothing storage.
