We've had such a great experience here and spending the summer on the rooftop was a highlight! There is also doorman/package room.
We're located off of the Morgan L stop of the Myrtle/Broadway J/M (closer) in a safe area near bars and restaurants. They are building a Foodtown next door to the apartment as well.
