Michael Richman is a New York City real estate broker as well as a New York State Approved Real Estate Instructor. A native New Yorker, he is a passionate real estate professional with an eye for detail that he uses to promote the best interests of his clients. After more than thirty-five years of real life real estate experience in the legal, brokerage and title insurance industries, Mike has a firm grasp of the legal and economic issues involved in real estate transactions. An established and respected member of the real estate community, he has participated in thousands of successful transactions during his career and holds two advanced degrees: a Master of Urban Planning and a Master of Business Administration. With a reputation for bring hard working and ethical, Mike believes his clients always come first. As an instructor, Mike’s focus is on providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary to compete in the marketplace. When not teaching or working on a transaction. Mike takes the time to relax by listening to almost any genre of music, watching a ballgame and spending quiet time with his family.
