Hailing from Wales, UK, and later transplanting to New Orleans during adolescence, Nasser Guendouzi's journey has been marked by a rich tapestry of experiences. A brief stint at NOCCA, followed by percussion studies at the University of South Alabama, and exploration into music composition at TCCC in Fort Worth, illuminated his path.
Balancing bartending roles with performances in local bands during his student years, Nasser also claimed the title of UK under 16 Yoyo champion, garnering attention on a BBC TV children’s program.
His professional trajectory led him to Fort Worth until 2023, where he managed a restaurant/club and served as a loan officer for a Mortgage finance company. Additionally, he delved into Real Estate Photography, broadening his understanding of the real estate realm.
Despite finding fulfillment in Texas, a yearning for the vibrant multiculturalism of a bustling metropolis like New York City beckoned. Nostalgia for Cardiff's cultural richness and a faster-paced lifestyle spurred the move to NYC, where he's since immersed himself in exploring its diverse neighborhoods.
His firsthand experience with numerous relocations underscores the profound impact of one's living environment on their well-being. With a keen understanding of the importance of finding the right home, Nasser aspires to match individuals with residences that foster comfort and connection. His goal is to facilitate a seamless transition, ensuring clients discover a home that resonates with their interests and needs.
