Natalia was not very helpful during the application process for this apartment. A couple of times she seemed to be confused as to what property we were discussing. When it came time to pay the security deposit she told me the wrong amount and thus I ended up overpaying. Communication skills left something to be desired but that seems to be the case for pretty much every broker I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in this city. By far the most infuriating thing about this whole ordeal was that she waited until I had committed to the apartment to tell me that the broker fee is 15 percent of the yearly rent rather than the usual one month's rent. This comes out to about two month's rent or a little over. I will never look at another property represented by one of your agents ever again and I will advise everyone I know to avoid your company as well. 15 percent is too much to be paying for a broker's fee.
