NICHOLAS'S BIOGRAPHY

Nicholas Busa (Nick) joined the real estate industry after retiring from a 30-year career in the Construction Industry.

He’s covered everything from managing high end residential construction in NYC to working as a construction manager for Habitat for Humanity NYC. He has worked as one-man band and managed up to eighty people per day, working with budgets from seven hundred dollars to multi million. Nick is known for his creative problem solving in difficult situations. Throughout his career, Nick has always been most passionate about helping people. The personal fulfillment he gets from guiding clients through what is often one of the biggest life transitions of their lives is what drives him forward. With Nick as your agent, you can expect persistence, unwavering support, and, of course, fun! Whether it be finding the perfect apartment that’s a step above your current one or putting down roots into a new Co-op, condo or house. With Highline’s extensive technology and vast database, Nick will put in the hard work so you can sit back and enjoy the process.

He’s a classically trained musician with studies at the Berklee College of Music and The Musicians Institute as well as a master woodworker. As the son of an artist, he has an eye for detail as well as additional training and experience to be a good listener.

Outside of real estate, you might find Nick on the Tennis Courts (a lifelong passion) Playing Guitar in a small trio. and when time permits designing a friend’s kitchen with his drafting and rendering skills. Nick, along with his wife Shola, own a 3-bedroom Vacation House in Provincetown MA.
