Originally from the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C., he brought his passion for style and architecture to New York City in 2021. With a degree from Parsons School of Design, Nicholas offers a distinct creative perspective, helping clients envision the true potential of each space through a balance of functionality and modern aesthetics.
Having successfully navigated his own relocation from the D.C. metro area to the heart of Manhattan, Nicholas has developed a deep understanding of the city’s fast-paced and competitive real estate market.
