Pía Michelsen brings a global perspective to real estate, shaped by her international background and early career in the entertainment industry in Ecuador. After relocating to New York City, she transitioned into real estate, where her expertise in negotiation, branding, and marketing quickly set her apart.

Known for her strategic approach and discretion, Pía specializes in condos, co-ops, and investment properties, representing both buyers and sellers with a highly personalized, relationship-driven style. Her business is built on repeat clientele and referrals, reflecting her commitment to transparency, results, and long-term trust.

She has exclusively represented multiple portfolios of luxury buildings across Manhattan, including the Upper East Side and Murray Hill, consistently securing highly qualified tenants, with minimum vacancy time, and achieving top price per square foot through targeted marketing strategies. Pía continues to raised the bar for each property she represents.

Since 2015, Pía has been involved in international real estate initiatives, engaging with the global network of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). She was selected to participate in the Urban Thinkers Campus, organized by UN-Habitat in collaboration with the Dubai Real Estate Institute, and served as Lead Planner for a parallel event at UN Habitat III in Quito, Ecuador.

Expanding her international reach, she has worked closely with developers in Tulum, connecting projects with New York–based buyers and investors, and facilitating cross-border real estate opportunities.
