Work With Me

If you're looking for a broker, Rasmus is the most dedicated, professional, diligent, and connected broker I have worked with. I recently moved to an apartment in Hamilton Heights and Rasmus contacted me with listings every day, worked with my schedule, diligently contacted supers and landlords on the street I wanted to live, and didn't seem to rest until I found the place I was looking for. He adequately prepared me with all the paperwork, and even did things like give me an umbrella when it was raining. He genuinely cares about those whom he serves, and I wholeheartedly recommend him if you're looking to buy or rent property in NYC.

Rasmus is an exceptional human, and therefore an exceptional broker. His manner of relating is kind, warm and down-to-Earth. Every time he answers the phone, I felt like I was the only client he had, and I know he treats everyone like that.
