RASMUS'S BIOGRAPHY

Rasmus Foyer, a multilingual real estate professional, was born and raised in Sweden but has called six countries home throughout his life. Fluent in Swedish, Spanish, French, and English, Rasmus is uniquely equipped to cater to a diverse clientele. His real estate journey began 16 years ago in Sweden, where he co-founded and learned valuable lessons from his first real estate investment company.

In 2015, Rasmus left his Civil Engineering studies at McGill University to fully commit to his passion for real estate, diving headfirst into the competitive world of New York City. Since obtaining his license, he has quickly established himself as a trusted agent, managing over $35 million in investment properties across three NYC boroughs and internationally. Rasmus has successfully managed contractors for value-add renovations and provided investment consulting services, helping clients achieve their goals in the city's thriving market.

As an accomplished agent, Rasmus has experience in both sales and rentals, having invested in properties himself where he oversaw renovations and managed teams. With a solid foundation in commercial real estate finance, he actively seeks deals that align with his clients' risk-return profiles, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Rasmus has lived in NYC since 2015 and is an expert in the neighborhoods of Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Sugar Hill, Central Harlem, and the Upper West Side. Currently, he specializes in Park Slope and downtown Manhattan, guiding clients through the dynamic landscape of these sought-after areas.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Rasmus is an expecting father and a firm believer in the power of self-improvement and continuous education. A passionate martial artist, Rasmus has trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2012, earning both silver and bronze medals in a Spanish national competition (AEJJB). This dedication to personal growth extends to his real estate career, where he frequently blogs about residential and commercial real estate, sharing his insights and expertise with a wider audience.

Rasmus's diverse background also includes experience as a fire performer, showcasing his talents in circus acts and fire spinning. Embracing his love for this unique art form, he generously volunteers his time teaching poi and staff spinning in Prospect Park during the summer months.
