ROCIO'S BIOGRAPHY

Originally from South America, Rocio considers herself a bicultural New Yorker. Having lived in Peru, Italy, as well as New York City, she has been exposed to a myriad of cultural influences. Fluent in both Spanish, and Italian, Rocio’s International upbringing and life experiences combine to make her the cosmopolitan and world citizen she is.

Born and raised in a family with property interests located stateside and abroad, Rocio, from an early age, was exposed to the intricacies of property management. In addition, her 20+ years in corporate America as a Production Manager in the Fashion Industry, have provided her with the keen eyesight and with practical abilities necessary to negotiate and attend to the exacting details when dealing with complex purchases.

Outside of work, she is a huge animal lover, who has volunteered and supported local animal rescues over the years, and a travel enthusiast who enjoys exploring new places and experiencing different cultures with her daughter and husband. She holds a BA in International Trade from the Fashion Institute of Technology FIT.

Rocio looks forward to combining her lifelong interest in real estate and her special business talents in helping her clients find the special key that unlocks the door to their home owner’s dream.
