Before entering real estate, Steve built a distinguished career opening and operating upscale restaurants in New York City and internationally. His experience managing luxury hospitality environments and overseeing complex operations honed his skills in client service, negotiations, and guiding individuals through important decisions—expertise that translates seamlessly to representing buyers, sellers, and renters in one of the country’s most competitive real estate markets.

Steve earned his degree from The University of Michigan, where he established the business and leadership foundation that has shaped his professional career. Having grown up on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and now owning a home on the Upper East Side, he brings both intimate neighborhood knowledge and personal experience in buying and owning property in New York City.
