Steve Millan is a lifelong New Yorker and New York–based real estate advisor with Highline Residential, providing discreet, high-level representation across Manhattan’s residential market. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience in luxury hospitality and operations, he brings a disciplined, service-driven, and strategic approach to every client engagement.

A graduate of University of Michigan, Steve advises buyers, sellers, renters, and investors throughout Manhattan, with particular focus on the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown, Central Park South, and Sutton Place. He specializes in co-op and condominium transactions, off-market opportunities, and navigating the complexities of board approvals, building dynamics, and acquisition strategy.

Having grown up on the Upper West Side and owned property on the Upper East Side, Steve combines firsthand neighborhood knowledge with a highly personalized and detail-oriented approach. He also works closely with foreign and out-of-town buyers seeking guidance on establishing a presence in New York City.
