SYLVIA'S BIOGRAPHY

Sylvia Aufiero brings more than three decades of experience guiding clients through complex real estate matters with clarity, discretion, and care. She began her career in Manhattan, working in cooperative conversions, before building a highly respected practice in Northern Nevada. Her background in paralegal studies, combined with extensive transactional experience, led her to specialize in foreclosure mediation, short sales, deed-in-lieu solutions, and litigation support.

In addition to residential transactions, Sylvia advises clients on select commercial real estate matters, 1031 exchanges, and property and HOA management. She has served as a Mediator and Ombudsman through the National Association of Realtors®, as well as a Nevada Supreme Court–appointed Mediator in the Eviction Mediation Program, reflecting her commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy.

Now based in Manhattan, Sylvia is known for her sound judgment, integrity, and trusted guidance in real estate transactions.
