Joseph was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect apartment for me. I was working against a deadline and didn’t want to compromise too much in what I wanted and he was so accommodating with meeting to view places for several days. It really made a huge difference in my search having him on my side and I’m sure I wouldn’t have found a place on my timeline or what I was looking for without him. I’ll be recommending him to anyone I meet who is looking and I’m sure we’ll work together again in the future. I can’t recommend him enough!

Searching and applying for apartments felt like a full time job, but when my roommate and I found one of Joe's properties, he made the whole process of touring and applying seamless and stress-free. He is always prompt, calm, and accessible, and he so nice to work with! My roommate and I might have just signed our new lease, but we both agreed that we wanted to work with Joe next time we need an apartment.

Joe was so unbelievably helpful in our search to find an apartment. He went above and beyond to put us first and get us an apartment and price that we were super happy with! He worked hard to answer any question we had, went out of his way to go to viewings for us as we could not be there in person, and is an amazingly nice person.
