“Kristen is amazingly proactive in making deals happen. I had the unique perspective of working with her both on the buy and sell side of real estate transactions. I initially was not going to engage with a realtor, but my mortgage contact at the bank recommended Kristen. She immediately gave me information that changed my outlook on a perspective purchase. Over the next 18 months we looked at various properties all while Kristen took in my personal preferences. We finally negotiated a deal that subsequently closed. “I really can't recommend Kristen Fortino enough! She’s an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable Real Estate Agent. My husband and I decided we wanted to buy our first home in the Spring of 2020 - during the height of the global pandemic.
