Shanley is the definition of a amazing caring and knowledgeable employee. She went above and beyond and ultimately worked it out with the landlord, a nice man who Shanley introduced me to at the apartment. I can’t say enough regarding your superwoman co-worker. Throughout the process when I was calling her for info- every five minutes she always encouraged me to call her with any questions or concerns— and all for an apartment rental- not exactly a multi million sale- but she treated me as if I were a billionaire!!! Shanley should be training other employees how to treat customers like humans and not chase cash and become useless sycophants
