This is the only agency where a broker helped me and truly seemed to care about me finding a nice apartment. She was an answer to months of prayers, and a very long, unsuccessful search. She was diligent, got back to me in a timely fashion, kept me updated and definitely made me feel like I mattered. Nobody else I spoke remotely came close since they either never contacted or acted like they cared initially then vanished into the ether. She earned her 15% and then some. Without question, Stephanie Ruiz is someone who really had my back, and I couldn't be happier in my new place.

She's a lifesaver since I'd been trying to find a place for months then had exigent circumstances that made the search even more critical. She gave valuable guidance, made me feel heard and like I matter compared to other agents that I talked to and dealt with. Needed to find a safe, secure, clean apartment for my 21 year old twin daughters, who are interning for 6 months to NYC.
