Silvana was initially referred to us via Redfin, and she arranged a viewing for an apartment we were interested in. Although that one didn't work out, Silvana arranged a few more viewings until eventually we saw something where we were ready to make an offer. Silvana helped guide us through the offer stage, telling us about pros and cons of different potential offers. Once our offer was accepted, Silvana was a huge help in navigating the co-op application process, which can feel a bit arcane if you've never done it before (and even if you have). In the end our application was accepted and we were able to close on the apartment. Throughout the whole process, Silvana kept up very transparent communication with us, and kept on top of all the other parties involved to make sure they were meeting their obligations to us. Silvana never pressured us to do anything we were uncomfortable with, like seeing apartments we didn't like or making an offer before we were ready. She was there for us the entire time and made buying our first home a lot less complicated than it could have been.

We lucked out in finding Silvana to help us find a rental apartment. We had contacted many buildings and listings, and were having a hard time getting people to contact us, and if they did, there was no follow through. Silvana contacted us promptly, and was consistent in her communication. She showed us several apartments, and continued the search, until she found us the perfect place. Silvana walked us through the lengthy process of completing the lease and package for the condo board. She is totally professional, and at the same time patient, warm, lovely, and a pleasure to deal with. She held our hand from beginning to end. We felt so very well taken care of by Silvana. Silvana was a delight to work with; she extended herself above and beyond and showed the highest level of professionalism throughout the transaction. Silvana had brought in multiple qualified clients. In this particular instance, Silvana actually recommended we do not go forth with our ultimate prospect due to the failure to provide the necessary documentation - her integrity and transparency showed here and it was much appreciated. However, we resolved this issue and successfully leased out the Commercial space to our candidate.
