When we looked at the properties he suggested it was clear that he had listen to us and brought us properties that were perfect for us. He spent a lot of time with us during the offer period and we felt that was above and beyond what most realtors would do. It seems to us that Highline should think seriously about adding a category to the Rating part of the survey. We need to express in the strongest conceivable way our delight and extreme satisfaction with the work performed on our behalf by Mark Roldan, the best broker, by a considerable measure, that we have ever met and worked with. Although we are well acquainted with the five-point scale of the rating system used in this survey, we feel that sometimes it falls short and does not adequately convey an extreme level of satisfaction, and indeed admiration. We are well beyond Very Satisfied; we are firmly Extremely Satisfied. We spoke with a few brokers, all from exceptionally good firms, during our search for a rental apartment on New York's Upper East Side.
