I cannot say enough great things about the experience we had working with Marcus Cooper. We had to make a cross-country move on a very tight timeline, and Marcus went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. From day one, Marcus was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive. He immediately started showing us available listings, did detailed video tours, and even took the time to walk us through the surrounding streets and neighborhoods on video calls, which was incredibly helpful since we were moving from out of state. The moment something became available, he was quick to tour it, answer all of our questions, and keep us informed every step of the way. Marcus stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process and even checked in before and after our move-in date to make sure everything met our expectations. That level of care and follow-through truly sets him apart. I cannot recommend Coop highly enough! His positive, hardworking and kind nature is such a breath of fresh air in the nightmare that is NYC apartment hunting. From our first conversation, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for—my budget, neighborhood preferences, and priorities. His knowledge of the market is exceptional.
