Javier was a super great guy to work with. He puts in the legwork and I genuinely felt like he was fighting for me - not anyone else. I was looking for apartments with fairly tight criteria and Javier gave me great options to choose from and added inside ball knowledge for each unit which was very valuable. If I am hunting for NYC apartments again, Javier will be the first broker I reach out to.

Javier is the best is the biz! He is very communicative and has amazing attention to detail. My mother and I were looking to move cross-country from LA to NYC, and Javier made the entire process seamless. He is very knowledgable about the city and was able to advise on locations that would be a great fit for us, especially considering we did not have time to view apartments in person beforehand. He attended all of the tours for us, video called us in real time, and sent us videos that we could look back on. We sent him a list of nice to haves and non-negotiables, and he found our dream apartment in the PERFECT location. It's now been about 3 months living in our new apartment, and it is so safe, the people are wonderful, the location is top tier, and we can't imagine living anywhere else. We genuinely only have wonderful things to say about working with him, and if we ever move again in the future, would definitely love to work with him again! 10/10, Javier is the BEST!

Working with Javier was great from start to finish. He truly took the time to get to know me, my budget, and what I was looking for in both an apartment and my overall New York City living experience, and helped me find the perfect place in a great neighborhood. What initially felt like a daunting process was made seamless thanks to his knowledge, guidance, and constant responsiveness. He went above and beyond from our very first meeting all the way through lease signing and is someone I know I will always have as a resource and friend in the city!

Javier truly made my first proper moving experience feel manageable and exciting- that too in the middle of the summer and in the midst of confusing broker law changes. Off the bat he got my vision, didn't rush me into signing any place I wasn't feeling food about, and if I was unable to make an appointment he was so incredibly on top of showing up on my behalf. As someone young in the city it can be painful to to deal with the guarantor process and he made that feel doable as well. I truly don't think I could recommend or sing higher praises for anyone more than I can for Javier. I am certain I will not be moving in the city without his help in the future,

Javier did an amazing and thorough job looking for places for me based on my criteria. Even though I didn’t end up signing for a place he found, he continued to work hard, give great advice, and was extremely professional. Additionally, he was a pleasure to spend time with. I’d highly recommend working with Javier. He is a great asset and very knowledgeable about the NYC housing market and NYC in general. If you are moving to NYC for this first time, working with Javier is a great choice.

Javier Dunn is the first real estate agent I have used in NYC and will never look back. I'm going to refer him to all of my clients and friends too, as he made this experience so easy and fun when I expected the opposite. I've heard nightmares about how competitive the market is here in NYC, especially during the summer. But wow, not only was he able to find me my dream apartment, he was also able to negotiate every single little thing I wanted including $250/month lower than listing price, 2 year lease, painting of the kitchen cabinets, and a deep cleaning. The list goes on. Anyone would be smart to have this guy on your side.
